Product is great but app is buggy

Love the vibe but the app is disappointing and doesnt live up to the marketing. Version 2 seems to be more of a step backward than any sort of improvement.

In the previous version programs could be created with different patterns and changes in intensity. This meant that one could build a program and run it hands free. Now the programs can be built with only changes in pattern but no option to change intensity. This was a major downgrade.

Im unable to save more than one custom pattern and the Bluetooth connection is unreliable (and therefore a mood killer).

How is this developer so out of touch with the products customers?
