Brought this as my first sex toy and was so excited as it wasn't too scary looking and sounded like fun. But it won't stay connected and I have to keep syncing it constantly and hubby keeps having to find it again. Im so disappointed and after spending so much money now I'm worried a out buying anything else. Anyone talked directly to the company???

My we-vibe sync keeps disconnecting. It's an expensive toy to not be working properly. If the troubleshooting doesn't resolve the disconnections, I'll be requesting a full refund. I'm in Europe and I want to play with my man by home!!

Please update or fix this. It worked just fine and now I can't even use it because it won't connect. Total waste of money.

After crashing,after disconnecting, now my app won't even find my vibe after last update. Wtf????? We paid a lot for it so we could have some fun when we're not together which is a lot of time,so you better fix it or we want refund.

Please fix the app. The whole point of spending this amount of money was so that I could enjoy it with my man. Stopping to reconnect is ridiculous. Refund.

I can't get the app to download to my iPhone. It's showing the app icon on my home screen but is 'waiting' endlessly. I also can't delete the app from the home screen to attempt to download again. Please advise!

Updated and now the App wont open.

I love this app but the current version STILL crashes on my phone even after the June 15th update! Boo!

Love the vibe but the app is disappointing and doesnt live up to the marketing. Recent versions of the app are much better than the earlier releases.

I cant use the app after updating. Please fix!

Crashes as soon as you open it

The toy itself is really great when youre in the same immediate area with your partner. Using the app creates a lot of issues with staying connected to the toy. Constant disconnecting really ruins the mood. We spent 45 minutes trouble shooting and trying to say connected for more than 20 seconds. We live in the same city, less than 10 km away. Its really disappointing to have a product that doesnt work how its supposed to. Buy the toy and have fun but dont expect this app to keep things fun when youre away from eachother.

This is not what I paid for to play with my husband from Canada and me in the states. The app keep disconnecting every few seconds and its frustrating having to reach down so that I can press button for it to reconnect. You really need to put a disclaimer for that particular issues. (I should of read the reviews first for the distance) Or at least have a computer app and connect wires if I have to.

The new update made it so I cant even open. It force closes immediately after trying to launch it.

The update doesnt allow you to open app. But if you delete the app and re-install it. It worked again.
